Mr. Hennri Philip Sambuc

Registered at the Swiss Bar (Geneva; Lausanne) since 1975, Henri-Philippe Sambuc is a Swiss independent Barrister. His main career was dedicated to Swiss and international Business Law: Commercial Law, Company Law, International Private and Public Law.
With a large experience in strategic management of companies, Mr. Sambuc was involved in negotiations in African, Middle Eastern and Asian countries.
Strategic Leadership Senior Advisor to the Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) in 1999-2004, he produced two reports highly considered : « The Impact of New Technologies on the Intellectual Property Rights » and « Traditional Knowledge and Intellectual Property ». He published a book in 2003 on that last theme with l’Harmattan in Paris.
As a innovation promoter, he participated in 1994 in projects dedicated to satellite television, multimedia, internet as in new technologies and since 2010 until now in the field of depollution of outside breathable air.
In 2006-2008, Sambuc proposed to various governments and companies in Middle East to develop a high speed train for a railway around the Gulf (from Istanbul to Koweit) based on a new Swiss technology of transfer of energy without contact (electromagnetic suspension). Saudi and Emirati groups signed agreements but the project was stopped by the then financial crisis.
